Learn This:
When you go through hell; MAKE IT PAY.
Make it pay with greater understanding than you previously had and the result of good from that experience will be lasting.
Don't regret past unhappy experiences, don't dwell in past unhappy experiences, don't replay past unhappy experiences; but LEARN from past unhappy experiences.
Make it pay with greater understanding than you previously had and the result of good from that experience will be lasting.
Don't regret past unhappy experiences, don't dwell in past unhappy experiences, don't replay past unhappy experiences; but LEARN from past unhappy experiences.

Julia Seton, M.D., an early New Thought writer, wrote in her 1914 classic book "The Secret of Success":
"Remorse about yesterday, uncertainty about today and dread of tomorrow drives the human consciousness on into a wild burst of psychical despair from which only the strong wind of Truth will ever rescue it.
"There is no such thing as a mistake; no such thing as lost opportunities; there is no such thing as the past - there is just life, and more and more life. Everything is the Eternal 'now', and every hour behind us on the path was that this hour might be, and our experiences of yesterday were simply the methods which life took to drive us on into higher things."
It's difficult, but I try to consciously achieve this from time-to-time.
Hello Steve,
I always like the quotes you find.
Keep up the good work.
